At Queenira, every item is made-to-order, ensuring that each product is crafted with the utmost care and quality. When you place an order, we begin the production process just for you!
Please note: During holiday seasons, our processing and delivery times may extend by up to 10 additional business days due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary depending on logistics and demand. During holidays and year-end events, shipping rates may increase due to limited supply and higher demand.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding public holidays such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Below is the estimated timeline for your order:
- Production & Processing Time: 5-10 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days (from the date of shipment)
- Express Shipping Time: 3-6 business days (from the date of shipment)
Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package.
For personalized or modified orders, additional time may be required for our designers to complete the customization. This time depends on the complexity of your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its journey. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to update the tracking system.
If no tracking details are available, it may mean the carrier has not processed the parcel yet. Once the parcel is scanned, tracking information will be updated. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll assist you right away.
Incorrect Address
To avoid delays or delivery issues, please double-check your address at checkout.
- If there are errors in the address, we may need to contact you for corrections, which could delay delivery.
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input will not be refunded or reshipped. Returned items are donated to charity and cannot be sent back to our warehouse.
If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, Queenira is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
Will My Items Arrive in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
Our Facilities
Our headquarters is based in the United States, where all products are designed. While some items ship from our U.S. warehouse, others are sent from our overseas facilities in Australia, China, India, and more. Overseas shipping may take longer but will adhere to the stated timeframes above.
