Having Trouble Making a Payment?
If you encounter issues while trying to pay, here are some tips to help:
If You’re Unable to Pay with a Debit or Credit Card:
1. Double-check the accuracy of all entered details, including:
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- CVV code
- Billing address
2. Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.
3. Confirm that your card is authorized or that the online transaction limit isn’t too low.
4. Refresh the payment page or log out and log back in before retrying.
5. Create a new order instead of attempting payment for the same order again.
6. If payment is still declined, contact your bank. Many banks block international transactions for security purposes unless explicitly authorized by the cardholder.
7. Use PayPal to pay with your credit or debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use it as a “guest” for a secure and easy checkout.
8. Try using a different card.
If You’re Unable to Pay with PayPal:
1. Check if your PayPal account has any transaction limits.
2. Ensure the billing and shipping addresses are in the same country, as PayPal requires this for successful transactions.
3. If payment still fails, contact PayPal for assistance or try using a different payment method.
